Nita is a certified dietitian and well-being coach, and trained yoga instructor who empowers individuals to take charge of their health through food and lifestyle changes.

 

Her holistic approach has helped clients reverse chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and gut issues. Passionate about health equity, she is dedicated to bringing this knowledge to communities most affected by chronic disease.

Paola Sandoval

Paola is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in women’s and community health, spanning roles across two countries and multiple areas of care.

Originally a certified midwife in Chile for 16 years, she moved to the U.S. in 2010 and earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Baylor University in 2015. Since then, she has worked in labor and delivery, primary care, and now cardiology — driven by a passion for expanding access to care for underserved populations.

Aleska Pellot

Aleska is a Health Coach specializing in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, metabolic syndrome, and high cholesterol.

 

 

She is dedicated to helping individuals and families improve their health through personalized care. Aleska focuses especially on supporting those with food sensitivities, allergies, and special dietary needs. Her goal is to provide essential resources and guidance to empower lasting lifestyle changes.

Jesús Muñoz, MS, PA-C

Jesús Muñoz, MS, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant specializing in hospital and critical care medicine.

 

A first-generation Mexican-American from Jalisco, Mexico, he is passionate about community health education on mental health, chronic illness, and social determinants of health. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Indiana University and is a trained Physician Assistant alumna from Rosalind Franklin University. Jesús has worked with unhoused populations in Bloomington and Los Angeles, including a rotation in Street Medicine, strengthening his skills and commitment to vulnerable communities.
